Brad Garber

Brad Garber

Wallace, Klor & Mann, P.C.

Licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington state courts, U.S. District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Brad has been practicing workers' compensation law for close to 20 years.  He is co-author of the "Accidental Injury" chapter of Oregon Workers' Compensation Handbook and has been involved in numerous training seminars in Oregon and Washington.  Brad's practice emphasizes workers' compensation defense on behalf of self-insured employers, and state and federal appellate work.  He obtained his undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from the University of Wisconsin, and his law degree from the University of Oregon.  He is a published poet, an artist and musician, and he participates in adventure running when he's not injured.
