About the Authors Bradley Marsh
Bradley R. Marsh is an attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP in San Francisco, CA. His practice is focused on state and local taxation, covering a broad array of taxes including property, business, sales, parcel, payroll, documentary transfer, parking, utility user, income, estate, and gift taxes. Mr. Marsh regularly represents taxpayers in audits, in analyzing transactions and business models, seeking legislative solutions, in administrative hearings, and in litigation. Mr. Marsh speaks and writes extensively about state and local tax issues.
