Brian J. Green practices in the areas of insurance and reinsurance. He regularly counsels his insurance industry clients on issues of coverage, claims handling, and bad faith claims and represents them in state and federal court litigation. He also represents ceding companies and reinsurers in litigation and arbitration matters. Additionally, Brian represents and counsels clients in matters involving various aspects of commercial litigation.
Brian is a lead attorney behind the Insurance & Reinsurance Department Blog, InsureReinsure.com. He has been instrumental in seeing it through from the initial conception phase to its launch in June 2007, and now helps to coordinate the EAPD Blog Team as it writes about developments in the insurance and reinsurance industry.
