Brian M. Mittman of Markhoff & Mittman, P.C., in White Plains, New York, specializes in Workers' Compensation Law (State, Federal, Longshore), Social Secuirty Disabilty, Long Term Disability, Personal Injury and Accidents, and General Litigation. Currently, he serves as the Co-Chair of the New York Workers' Compensation Alliance (see website), as the Executive Board member of the Society of New York Workers' Compensation Bar Association, Inc., and as a Board member for the Injured Workers Bar Association, where he is the Regional Director for Westchester County.   He is a frequent speaker on workers' compensation issues at the Injured Workers Bar Association and Lorman Education CLE Series.
