James Ponzio of Chico, California has been a partner with Mullen & Filippi since 1981, exclusively representing employers and insurance carriers before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and appellate courts. He is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation since 1977, and an active member of both the LexisNexis California Workers' Compensation Editorial Board and LexisNexis National Workers' Compensation Advisory Board. Mr. Ponzio received a B.S. from the University of San Francisco in 1967 and earned a J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 1970.
