Kenneth M. Lapineis a partner in the Cleveland office of Roetzel & Andress, LPA. His areas of practice include real estate, banking, consumer credit, general business, and corporate law. As an adjunct professor of law at Cleveland State University Law School, Mr. Lapine taught real estate practice. He also is a frequent lecturer on banking topics for various professional organizations. Among his many publications, Mr. Lapine is the author of Consumer Credit: Law, Transactions and Forms (Matthew Bender) and the consumer credit volumes of the multi-volume treatise, Banking Law (Matthew Bender). He is a contributing author of the Ohio Transaction Guide (Matthew Bender). Mr. Lapine has been listed among The Best Lawyers in America for Banking Law and Real Estate Law for twelve years, Top Lawyers in Northern Ohio, and Ohio Super Lawyers. He earned his law degree in 1967 from the University of Michigan, Law School, and his B.A. degree in 1964 from Dartmouth College.
