Roseann Bassler Dal Pra has extensive experience in federal and state courts in both New Jersey and New York. Her practice covers a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, securities fraud claims, and products liability matters. Prior to joining the Litigation Practice Area of Fox Rothschild LLP as special counsel, she was a senior associate in the litigation group at Holland & Knight LLP. Ms. Dal Pra received a B.A. from Dickinson College and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
