The new Collier TopForm Web-Based Client Questionnaire can help save you and your staff hours of work in preparing bankruptcy cases. Direct clients to this new site to enter their contact, income, expense, asset, debt, dependent, and other important case information. Once a client submits the form, you’ll receive an e-mail notification and can then, for a small fee (plus tax, if applicable), download the interview answers then import them to the Collier TopForm program, where they will automatically flow to the appropriate schedules.
