Kent Anderson. A lifelong resident of Oregon, Mr. Anderson has extensive experience in resolving Oregon state and federal Tax disputes, including tax-driven bankruptcy, offers in compromise, installment payment agreements and administrative appeals. His practice focuses on tax liens and tax collection defense; Chapter 13 bankruptcy; debtor-creditor matters; and probate, conservatorships, and estates.
 
Mr. Anderson obtained a B.S. in biology from the University of Oregon in 1975 and a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1978. He holds bar memberships in the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Supreme Court, the Oregon Federal District Court Bar, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court. He maintains the Oregon Debt Relief Weblawg and is a frequent contributor to the Bankrupcty Law Network.
