The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary association, founded in 1989, of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals, including attorneys, judges, law professors, accountants, investment bankers and others involved in the bankruptcy and insolvency community. Nominees for positions as fellows of the College are extended an invitation to join based on a proven record of the highest standards of professionalism and service. The College contributes to pro bono and educational projects, working through committees of fellows.
