He is an Attorney of the New York Bar, and a Barrister & Solicitor of the Bar of Ontario (Canada). Marco Amorese is an Italian Avvocato and an Attorney of the New York Bar. Both authors hold Masters degrees in corporate law from the Harvard Law School, and Mr. Amorese additionally holds a Ph.D. in Italian corporate law. The authors are partners of Studio Legale Amorese, a boutique Italian corporate-commercial law practice with offices in Bergamo and London.
