About the Authors Cassandra Roberts
Cassandra Roberts is a partner with Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP and head of the firm's Workers' Compensation Section since 1989. Her 27 years in practice have been devoted to cultivating an expertise in Delaware Workers' Compensation Law. Appearing regularly before the DE Industrial Accident Board on behalf of both injured workers, employers, and insurance carriers, her clients include Travelers Insurance, The News Journal, Boscov's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Olsten Temporary Staffing, Access Labor, and City of Lewes. She is the Editor of the Delaware Case Law Update, a quarterly newsletter highlighting recent decisions of the Industrial Accident Board and has been cited by The Best Lawyers in for DE Workers' Compensation for 2003 through 2009 and by Top Lawyers in Corporate Counsel for 2007 through 2009.
