About the Authors

Claude S. Munday, Ph.D. is primarily a neuropsychologist with a specialty in traumatic brain injury.  He has been performing mental health evaluations in the California Workers' Compensation system since 1978. At this time Dr. Munday does Agreed Medical Evaluations only and is proud to have earned the respect of both the applicant and defense community. Dr. Munday is an officer in the California Society of Industrial Medicine and Surgery and very active in that organization. He served on the Psychiatric Advisory Committee for the Industrial Medical Council of the State of California which wrote treatment guidelines for the Workers' Compensation System. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of California.
