Clinton A. Vince is the chair of Sonnenschein’s Energy & Regulated Industries Practice Group. He is widely recognized for his cutting edge theories and solutions within the energy industry and pertaining to international commercial law.
 
His experience includes high profile litigation and appellate cases including, U.S. Supreme Court advocacy, major project development and legislative and regulatory advocacy on behalf of public and private clients.
 
Prior to joining Sonnenschein, Mr. Vince was the managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office of Sullivan & Worcester LLP, where he was also director of the firm’s Energy Practice Group.
 
He has also served as a member of Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard, McPherson and Hand, where he was the founder and chair of the firm’s Energy and Environmental Practice Group.
 
 
 
 
Emma F. Hand is a member of Sonnenschein’s Energy and Public Law & Policy Strategies Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on advising public power entities, municipalities, large energy customers and load-serving entities regarding energy law in both regulatory and litigation settings.
 
Prior to joining Sonnenschein, Ms. Hand served as an associate in the Energy Practice Groups of both Sullivan & Worcester LLP and Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard, McPherson and Hand.
 
 
 
 
Karen A. Sealy is a member of Sonnenschein’s Energy and Public Law & Policy Strategies Practice Groups. She specializes in representing clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) on electric matters, and also has experience in federal district court and appellate circuit litigation on energy matters.
 
Prior to joining Sonnenschein, Ms. Sealy served as an associate with the Washington, D.C. office of Sullivan & Worcester LLP, where she was a member of the Energy Group.Bottom of Form
