Andrew J. Carboy is a member of Sullivan Papain Block McGrath & Cannavo P.C., a New York City plaintiffs’ firm practicing in all areas of tort law. He has served or serves as plaintiffs’ counsel in the World Trade Center Disaster Site Litigation, prosecuting claims for respiratory illnesses sustained by hundreds of rescue and recovery workers; litigation against the Port Authority arising from New York City’s first terrorist incident, the 1993 World Trade Center bombing; and the New York Hemophilia litigation. He also represents plaintiffs in a variety of environmental contamination cases, including a 2006 lawsuit brought on behalf of over 700 members of a New Jersey Native American community against Ford Motor Company, and an action brought by a Long Island school district for damages resulting from a gasoline spill.
