David L. Cook is Counsel in Clifford Chance US LLP’s (www.cliffordchance.com) Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice specializing in international litigation, antitrust, commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. He has represented major corporations in multi-jurisdictional antitrust investigations and civil class action litigation involving cartels and tying claims.
Mr. Cook graduated from Cornell Law School in 1997, where he was an editor of the Cornell Law Review. He was also a John M. Olin Scholar in Law and Economics. Prior to law school, Mr. Cook worked as a legislative aide to Congressman Bob Franks (R-NJ) and at the White House as the Assistant to the Counsel to the President. Mr. Cook graduated from Cornell University in 1992 with a double major in Government and Economics. He is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, District of Colorado as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second and Tenth Circuits.
