Dr. Hans-Josef Vogel studied law in Saarbrucken and Bonn. His Ph.D thesis dealt with International Sales Law. Prior to joining Avocado Rechtsanwälte, he was a partner in a highly regarded regional law firm and oversaw the International and Corporate Law departments. He teaches at the International University of Applied Sciences at Bad Honnef.
Dr. Vogel counsels corporations and entrepreneurs, ranging from start-ups to international groups listed on the stock exchange, stressing corporate, commercial and transactional issues. A major part of his work is international. He is well regarded for his work in advising tourist service providers, intermediaries, suppliers and operators, in matters of corporate and commercial law and in travel, tourism and hospitality law. He is a frequent speaker who regularly publishes and is active in professional associations.
