About the Authors

Andrew J. Reitz is an associate with the law firm of Faruki Ireland & Cox P.L.L. Andy's practice includes complex commercial litigation cases and focuses on privacy matters, contract disputes, and first amendment issues. Prior to joining FI&C, Andy clerked for the Honorable David Welch of the Monroe County Circuit Court in Bloomington, Indiana. Andy is a 2000 honors graduate of Wabash College and a 2003 graduate of Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington, where he served as Executive Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, was a member of the trial team, and was named "Top Oralist" in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition. Prior to attending law school, Andy worked in Washington, D.C. at the law firms of Jones Day Reavis & Pogue, and Steptoe & Johnson, and interned at the White House.

Andy is a national member of The Order of Barristers and is also an active member of the America Association for Justice.
