Attorney

Kathleen M. Sablone most recently served as a member of the financial planning group at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management in Boston, Massachusetts where she counseled high net worth investors and their families. Prior to that, Kathleen was a practicing attorney in the estate planning department at a large Boston law firm. Kathleen graduated from Harvard College and received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. Kathleen is the author of Statutory Techniques for Balancing the Financial Interests of Trust Beneficiaries, 39 U.S.F. L. Rev. 261 (2005) (with Alyssa DiRusso), and has contributed articles to the Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the Boston Bar Association and the Boston Estate Planning Council.
