About the Authors

Erik F. Gerding is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he teaches, among other courses, Payments Systems and Secured Transactions. Before his teaching career, he practiced for many years as a corporate lawyer in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of a major international law firm and worked on complex financial transactions.
