Ann Graham is Professor of Law at Texas Tech University School of Law, where she teaches banking law, commercial law, corporate governance, administrative law, and business analysis for lawyers. Professor Graham has served as a Senior Counsel for FDIC in Washington, D.C.; FDIC’s Dallas Regional Counsel in the early 1980’s; General Counsel to the Texas Banking Department, Senior Vice President & Chief Regulatory Counsel to the Texas Bankers Association; and General Counsel to the Texas Credit Union League, in addition to private law practice with major firms in Washington, D.C., and Dallas, Texas.
Professor Graham is the author of Banking Law Prof Blog: http://lawprofessors.typepad.com/banking. She holds a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia, M.B.A. from the University of Texas, and a Diploma in Comparative Legal Studies from Cambridge University with a thesis on European Community Law and Monetary Policy.
