We are plaintiffs counsel in this one. It has worked well. Target like others is a company that drags out discussions whilst negotiating. About the only thing that REALLY got their attention was this filing. For DVF, copyright is obtained for her prints, colors etc., not cut, at least not yet. It has worked well but for those who cut a new version of something in black, we''d be hard pressed to protect it.
