About the Authors

Fiona Newell Kaufman received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1997. After starting her practice in Tax and Estate Planning, she currently works in Silicon Valley focusing on high technology transactions and contract law. She also works as a legal writer for LexisNexis/Matthew Bender where she has written extensively on estate planning and technology transactions.
