Gerald C. Matics is the editor of LexisNexis Mealey's Litigation Reports on Construction Defects, Silica and Tobacco, and is a regular contributor to the LexisNexis Legal News Podcasts. Prior to his five years with LexisNexis, Gerald worked for two other legal publishing houses and has also worked in corporate communications, instructional design and pharmaceutical labeling over his 17-year writing career.
Gerald graduated from Widener University in 1991 with a BA in English; in addition, he holds a certificate in secondary English education. He is also a published author of fiction.
