Harry Asatrian and Ainsley Harrell

Harry Asatrian is the founding partner at Strasser Asatrian LLC in its Newark office, practicing immigration and nationality law with special emphasis on corporate and employment-based immigration matters. Harry earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University. He began his legal career in Proskauer Rose LLP's distinguished Labor and Employment Department. Now, Harry works closely with corporate in-house legal departments and human resource managers of multinational companies, covering a wide spectrum of industries, counseling them on employment-based immigration strategies and compliance. He has conducted I-9 audits for some of the world's largest companies under Department of Homeland Security investigation, negotiating favorable settlement terms for them with the agency. He has also drafted I-9 compliance and retention policies for multinational companies. Harry has published and presented his work in notable legal publications in the field, such as The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, New Jersey Lawyer, International Legal Strategy, New Jersey Law Journal and the Immigration & Nationality Law Handbook. He is often invited to speak at local, regional and national immigration seminars and conferences on immigration-related topics.

Ainsley Harrell joined Strasser Asatrian LLC in 2008, where she focuses on a broad range of immigration matters. Ainsley earned her B.A. from Mount Allison University in 2004, with majors in History and Political Science, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University in 2008. In her free time, Ainsley volunteers at the International Institute of Justice and Development in Stoneham, Massachusetts, as a member of the justice team.
