About the Authors Huang Tao & Dai YueKing & Wood
Huang Tao and Dai Yue specialize in international arbitration and litigation at King & Wood. They are also proficient in Chinese and English.
Mr. Huang obtained his LLB and LLM from the University of International Business and Economics. He has significant experience representing companies in international, commercial, maritime cases held before specialized courts, but he is particularly experienced in cases arising out of financial derivative and futures transactions. He is now a partner at King & Wood.
Ms. Dai Yue earned her LLB and LLM from the China Foreign Affairs University. She has professional experience in cases arising out of international trade, corporation shareholding, construction, financial derivatives and entertainment disputes. Ms. Yue is now an associate at King & Wood.
