About the Authors Jeffrey L. KingsleyAttorney, Goldberg Segalla LLP
Jeffrey L. Kingsley concentrates his practice on the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring, and insurance coverage and extra-contractual liability litigation. He has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, insurance defense and coverage actions, bankruptcy and insolvency claims as well as environmental cost recovery litigation in both federal and state courts.
Mr. Kingsley received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College. He earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the State University at Buffalo School of Law. While in law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Buffalo Law Review. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, American, New York State and Erie County Bar Associations as well as the Charles S. Desmond American Inn of Court.
Mr. Kingsley recently received a 2007 Pathfinder's Award from Business First of Buffalo, the Buffalo Alliance for Education, and the Niagara Frontier Industry Education Council for his extraordinary commitment and dedication to the community.
