About the Authors

Sandra Tvarian Stevens is a partner with the law firm of Wiley Rein LLP in Washington, DC, and a member of the firm’s insurance and litigation practice groups. Ms. Stevens has particular expertise in complex litigation before state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings involving insurance and reinsurance claims. She regularly counsels clients with respect to preservation and production of electronically stored information. Ms. Stevens is a frequent author and speaker on insurance, reinsurance and electronic discovery issues. She received her B.A. from American University magna cum laude and her J.D. from American University's Washington College of Law summa cum laude.
