About the Authors Adam J. Di VincenzoAssociate, Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher
Adam J. Di Vincenzo is an associate in Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher's
Washington, D.C.
office. He is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. In addition, Mr. Di Vincenzo has published several articles on recent circuit and Supreme Court decisions and enforcement trends in Antitrust Report and other publications. He has also contributed to Antitrust Laws & Trade Regulation: Desk Edition and other treatises. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Di Vincenzo served as a law clerk at the Office of Counsel to the President in the White House and at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Di Vincenzo received his J.D. cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Contemporary Problems. He also received a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) from the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy at

and a B.A. from the
University
of
Richmond
