Andrew W. Swain is Chief Counsel, Tax Litigation Division in the Office of the Indiana State Attorney General. Mr. Swain formerly served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado in that office’s tax section. Before entering public service, he worked as a tax manager at KPMG and Arthur Andersen in their Denver, Colorado offices. His practice focused on state and local tax consulting and controversy work for clients in a variety of industries.
