About the Authors Jonathan Drimmer & Laura Ardito
Jonathan Drimmer (jdrimmer@steptoe.com) is a Partner, and Laura Ardito (lardito@steptoe.com) is an associate, at Steptoe & Johnson LLP, in Washington, D.C. (http://www.steptoe.com/). Both are members of the firms Business and Human Rights practice, which includes advising and representing corporations on issues related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Alien Tort Claims Act compliance, and human rights related matters. Mr. Drimmer is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, teaching courses related to the ATCA, human rights and war crimes, and is a frequent speaker and author in the area. He received his B.A. from Stanford University, and his J.D. from UCLA Law School. Ms. Ardito has worked, written and spoken on human trafficking, forced labor, and related human rights issues. She received her B.A. from Cornell University, and her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
