Thomas J.R. Stadnik is a seasoned international and comparative lawyer with experience working for global law firms abroad (Salans; Weil Gotshal) and serving as in-house counsel for major multinational corporations (AIG; MetLife). Trained in the US and Europe, he is admitted to the bar in both Louisiana and New York. Mr. Stadnik has experience with all levels of international (public, commercial, private) and foreign law practice, with special expertise in cross-border contracts, foreign company formation, operations and governance, insurance, admiralty, foreign trade regulations and restrictions, and emerging markets. He interned with the American Association for the International Commission of Jurists, and has long been an advocate for the rule of law and human rights. He serves as the site coordinator for LN International & Foreign Law Web Center and its Rule of Law page, as well as being the site coordinator for the LexisNexis Rule of Law Resource Center.
