James Cordrey has been editing Mealey's Litigation Report: Lead since 2000, shortly after the State of Rhode Island initiated its landmark public nuisance lawsuit against the former makers of lead paint and pigment. The Lead Report tracks litigation against the former lead industry as well as landlord-tenant cases. He also edits the LexisNexis Bankruptcy Report.
Previously he has edited reports on construction defect litigation and issues pertaining to tort reform and punitive damages.
Prior to joining LexisNexis, James was an editor with Montgomery Publishing in Fort Washington, Pa. , as well as a correspondent with the Philadelphia Inquirer in Philadelphia.
