Davis is a partner with Reed Smith LLP’s Insurance Recovery Group, where he represents policyholders in insurance recovery disputes involving such varied claims as environmental and asbestos, products, directors & officers, errors & omissions, employment practices, first party property, fidelity, workers’ compensation, insolvencies, and solvent schemes. He is also Co-Chair of the ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Emerging Issues Subcommittee.
