Jerome Schreibstein, Esq. represents private and public sector employers, primarily in advice and counsel matters, policy drafting and implementation, as well as employment-related disputes.  Mr. Schreibstein has specific emphasis on compensation (including wage and hour), disability accommodation and management, and trade secret protection.  Mr. Schreibstein received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco and earned a B.A. from California State University at Bakersfield.
