About the Authors

Jesse N. Rosen is a defense attorney, a former workers' compensation judge, a member of and then advisor to the State Bar California Workers’ Compensation Law Section Executive Committee from 2001 to 2005, and a member of the LexisNexis California Appeals Panel Decisions Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the Larson's National Workers' Compensation Advisory Board.
