Karen C. Yotis has practiced law in Illinois for 20 years and specializes in topics associated with regulatory issues and compliance and life and health insurance. She is a Legal Content Planner for the LexisNexis Communities, including the LexisNexis Insurance Law Center, the Environmental Law/Climate Change, Toxic Torts/Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation Law Centers. Ms. Yotis also participated in the development and enhancement of LexisNexis Insurance Compliance and is a member of the LexisNexis Insurance Advisory Board. Her commentary has appeared in Viewpoint and other insurance industry publications, and she was the editor of Mealey's Insurance Regulatory Compliance Report. Yotis is a 1989 graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree in literature from the University of Illinois.
