About the Authors

Keith J. Kasper, a Shareholder of McCormick, Fitzpatrick, Kasper & Buchard, PC, is one of Vermont's leading workers' compensation lawyers. His expertise has been acknowledged by inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.  He lectures frequently not only in Vermont, but nationally, as well.  He authors a quarterly update on Vermont workers' compensation law. Mr. Kasper is a member of the National Workers' Compensation Defense Network. He also teaches Business Law at the University of Vermont. He was editor in chief of the Rutgers Law Review and clerked for Justice Gibson of the Vermont Supreme Court.
