Kerri N. Harper is an associate in the Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP San Francisco office, and a member of the firm's Employment Law Department. Ms. Harper represents employers in single plaintiff and class action employment and wage and hour cases. Ms. Harper has significant experience coordinating all phases of discovery in complex cases, and with Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures including mediation. Ms. Harper also has served as second chair at trial and during arbitration proceedings. In addition, Ms. Harper counsels companies on a wide variety of employment matters. Ms. Harper received her J.D. in 2001 from
