  Lex K. Larson is President of Employment Law Research, Inc., Durham, NC, the author of Larson's Workers' Compensation Law, Larson's Workers' Compensation, Desk Edition, Employment Discrimination, Unjust Dismissal, and Employment Screening, all published by LexisNexis Matthew Bender, a member of the North Carolina Industrial Commission Advisory Council, a lecturer in CLE courses, a past Senior Lecturer at Law at Duke University, and a former certified mediator in the North Carolina court system. 

 Thomas A. Robinson of Durham, NC, is a former workers' compensation defense attorney and research and writing assistant to Professor Arthur Larson, and the primary upkeep editor for Larson's Workers' Compensation Law and Larson's Workers' Compensation, Desk Edition, both of which are published by LexisNexis Matthew Bender

  Stuart D. Colburn is a shareholder with Downs Stanford, Austin, TX. He is the founder and serves as the first Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar of Texas. He is a current Course Director of the SBOT Advanced Workers' Compensation. 

  Rebecca A. Shafer is an attorney specializing in risk management, workers’ compensation and litigation management. She was in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 Corporation where she managed claims and litigation. She also developed and led the workers’ compensation risk management consulting practices and training facilities for Marsh and Aon Risk Services. Most recently, she has developed WorkersCompKit, a unique online workers’ compensation tool kit.   

  Brad Bleakney is a partner with Bleakney & Troiani in Chicago, Illinois, where he practices in the area of work related injury claims, Illinois Workers’ Compensation and related third party litigation for accidental work injuries. He is a member of the CBA Chicago Bar Association, ISBA Illinois State Bar Association, WCLA Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, CBA Committee on Workers' Compensation, and ISBA Workers Compensation Section Council (2006-2007-2008).
