About the Authors M. Machua Millettattorney, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP
M. Machua Millett is an associate in the Insurance and Reinsurance Department, where he advises liability insurers, reinsurers and (re)insurance intermediaries concerning complex claims and coverage and foreign and domestic regulatory matters. He also defends (re)insurers and insureds and has litigation and arbitration experience in courts and tribunals throughout the country on a wide range of commercial matters, including breach of contract, unfair trade practices, accounting and securities fraud, officer and director liability, product liability, and patent, copyright and trademark infringement.
Mach received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Tufts University. He was a National Merit Scholar, graduated summa cum laude with highest thesis honors and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Mach also frequently contributes to InsureReinsure, the popular blog that he co-authors with a number of his colleagues from Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge, LLP.
