Mack McGuffey practices environmental law as an associate in Troutman Sanders'

office and specializes in regulatory compliance under the Clean Air Act. He represents electric utility and industrial clients on a number of important air quality issues, including New Source Review, Title V Operating Permits, and Maximum Achievable Control Technology standards, and is a member of Troutman Sanders' Climate Change and Renewable Energy Practice Teams. Mack also has experience in enforcement action and litigation matters as well, and has helped defend clients against a wide variety of environmental claims. Mack also represents his industry clients' interests under federal, state, and local environmental laws in matters related to water quality, waste management, and hazardous substance reporting.
