Michael Kilzer is president of SWCS, Strategic Workers’ Compensation Solutions, which he organized in 2006. His business focuses on helping middle market companies, with substantial workers’ compensation exposure, reduce their costs by implementing a more effective risk financing mechanism. Key components of his approach are: HR best practices, loss control and safety, and efficient claims management.
Mr. Kilzer’s career began in 1984 as an owner of a multi line insurance agency which he sold in 2005. Since that time his emphasis has been workers’ compensation, and has dedicated the past four years to developing a comprehensive self-insured program and marketing model.
