About the Authors Morgan WadeLegal Project Editor/LexisNexis Law Center Staff
Morgan Wade, J.D., joined LexisNexis in 2002, serving as a Case Law Editor summarizing caselaw before transitioning to the LexisNexis Insurance Compliance (LNIC) project. For LNIC, her responsibilities include document acquisition, regulation review, and writing Expert Insights, which analyze and summarize upcoming regulations. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Morgan practiced environmental law and family law as well as serving as a legislative counsel to a state representative. She has experience with many of the major federal environmental laws, including the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, RCRA, and CERCLA, as well as various local environmental issues. She attended Vermont Law School, where she received her J.D. and a Masters of Studies in Environmental Law, both cum laude.
