Ventantonio & Wildenhain PC of Warren NJ has announced that Vincent D. Commisa has joined the firm as counsel. Mr. Commisa concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He also has significant experience in residential and commercial real estate, commercial litigation, federal and state taxation, and representation of lenders in commercial transactions. Mr. Commisa is a United States Military Academy Liaison Officer and a member of West Point’s Admissions/Field Force, where he is the 9th Congressional District Coordinator. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association’s Debtor/Creditor and the Military Law and Veterans’ Affairs sections.
Mr. Commisa is a graduate of Lehigh University and received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
