Kamlet Shepherd Elects Patrick J. Linden as Partner
DENVER – Kamlet Shepherd & Reichert, LLP announced the election of Patrick J. Linden as a partner in the Corporate and Securities practice group effective July 1, 2008.
Linden's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law for a wide variety of clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has significant experience in a broad area of transactions with particular emphasis in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. Linden also routinely represents sports organizations in connection with sponsorship, television, and naming rights transactions. He is a published author and frequent speaker at seminars and conferences focused on transactional topics.

Linden obtained his law degree from the University of Denver in 2001, graduating with Order of St. Ives honors. He earned an M.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Business Administration, also obtained from the University of Denver.
