June 17: C2C Program Offers Workshops on Effective Board Management and Managing Complex Transactions
The C2C program has been a well respected program the world over where peers are able to discuss candidly the key issues facing them and their legal departments and explore best practices and practical approaches. These are unique, intimate roundtable events where all participate in a facilitated workshop-type setting. Participants may receive up to 3.5 CLE credits and there is no charge for in-house counsel to participate and you must be employed as in-house counsel to participate. Registration time for all sessions is 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. The meeting is held from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and includes a networking reception during the meeting.
