WESTBURY, N.Y. – (PRNewswire) VIBE Records, (OTC Bulletin Board: VBRE) announced that the company has hired Michael Selverne, Esq., as corporate counsel. Mr. Selverne, who has over 25 years of legal experience, founded 2 law firms, managed highly complex legal transactions in the recording and entertainment industry, and served as an expert witness in several court trials. He testifies in prosecution or defense of copyright and trademark infringement issues.
Mr. Selverne will manage the company’s general legal strategy, including digital rights management, contracts, publishing agreements, joint venture agreements, employment agreements, as well as copyright and trademark issues.
