Winston & Strawn Adds 2 Litigators To Chicago Office

CHICAGO — Winston & Strawn LLP has announced that Robin R. Lunn and Doressia L. Hutton have joined the firm's Chicago office as partner and of counsel, respectively, in the firm's litigation department. Lunn, who will chair Winston & Strawn's environmental litigation and controversy practice, and Hutton were formerly with Mayer Brown.

Lunn focuses his practice on environmental-related regulatory and compliance disputes, insurance matters and corporate transactions. He is an advisor on environmental matters whose expertise includes Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; and toxic tort, air, water, and noise enforcement matters. Lunn has experience representing clients in litigation, environmental insurance coverage, enforcement and citizen suit defense, private party contribution litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Lunn lectures extensively on environmental issues before groups such as the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, the Illinois Manufacturer's Association and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. He is an active member of the American Bar Association Sections of Litigation; Environment, Energy and Resources; and Torts and Insurance Practice.

Lunn earned his juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the University Law Review. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Hutton's insurance coverage litigation involves representing clients in a variety of insurance disputes, including first-party property policies, general liability policies and directors and officers liability policies. She also has represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, such as alleged securities laws violations and unauthorized commodities trading and fraud; contract disputes; and internal corporate investigations.

Hutton earned her juris doctor, summa cum laude, from Northern Illinois University College of Law and her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Tougaloo College.
