TAMPA, Fla. — Greenberg Traurig’s Tampa office continues to expand with the addition of two associates to the group, Richard J. Mockler and Don Crawford. The two will focus on working with clients in Florida on commercial, real estate, land use, environmental, and other complex litigation.
Mocker, who before earning a law degree served as a U.S. Marine with the 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion, previously practiced at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and Holland and Knight, where he represented public and private companies and officers and directors in complex commercial, class action and securities litigation.
Crawford joins Greenberg Traurig from Paul Hastings, where he gained experience in a wide variety of civil litigation, including class actions.
Greenberg Traurig’s Tampa office has grown from four to more than 20 lawyers since its opening two years ago in August 2006.
Mockler received his LL.M. and J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He received his B.S., cum laude, from Florida State University.
Crawford received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a member of Order of the Coif and served as Management Editor of Florida Law Review. He received his B.A. from Oglethorpe University.
